Missing payment

There can be many reason why you have not received your payment yet.

According to our payment agreement, Ework can only issue the payment to you when we have received payment from the client. Our self-billing invoices are sent out to clients after consultants’ time reports have been submitted and approved.

To get more specific information regarding your payment, please contact support@eworkgroup.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Self billing number
  • Contract number
